  • As Marketing Operations Manager at Beyond, I led the successful onboarding of 20 commercial and leadership team members to HubSpot, enhancing CRM adoption and sales efficiency. I streamlined workflows and reporting by building custom automations with tools like Google AppsScript, HubSpot, Airtable, and Zapier, and developed automated reporting systems that provided real-time updates via Slack. I also drove £6 million in inbound pipeline value through multi-channel campaigns.

    Initially starting as Content Manager, I managed the full migration from Contentful to Webflow.

  • As a Junior Content Producer at Comic Relief, I created landing pages for high-profile partnerships and campaigns, collaborating with various departments to align with brand guidelines and drive mission-focused outcomes. I developed a successful business case for onboarding Shorthand, enhancing digital storytelling and donor engagement, and establishing a knowledge base to streamline content submission processes.

    They extended my contract twice to cover the Senior Website Manager position and support Sport Relief activities for the Commonwealth Games.

  • As the Owner, Website Manager, and Digital Designer at Sweet Backflip, I built a multi-platform e-commerce store that achieved £120,000 in annual turnover within 18 months, while increasing profit margins from 10% to 25%. I ranked in the top 200 UK Etsy shops and top 7,000 globally, consistently maintaining high conversion rates on Shopify (8-9%) and Etsy (5%).

  • As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Contractor at Dorsu, I optimized their retail website ahead of the holiday season, doubling gross revenue from October to November and consistently surpassing historical benchmarks through retargeting and paid search campaigns. I then migrated the website to a new e-commerce platform, ensuring a robust infrastructure for future growth.

    Additionally, I collaborated with the director to develop a long-term, content-driven social media strategy aimed at retaining existing customers and attracting new ones aligned with Dorsu's mission of ethically creating affordable closet essentials.
